Feel Aura – Return & Refund Policy

At Feel Aura, we want you to be absolutely in love with your new timepiece. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This gives you enough time to ensure the quality and fit meet your expectations.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.

• Unworn and unused.

• With all original tags and in its original packaging.

• Accompanied by the proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at feelaura.shop@gmail.com or message us on our official WhatsApp.

4. Return Shipping (UAE Orders)

• If the item is damaged or wrong, we will arrange a free pickup and exchange.

• If you want to return the item because of a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (approx. 20-25 AED depending on the courier).

5. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD)

Since orders are paid in cash, refunds will be processed via:

• Bank Transfer: To your UAE bank account.

• Store Credit: A discount code for your next purchase (Full amount).

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items (items bought during a flash sale) or gift cards.
