• For UAE orders, we primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You agree to provide a valid phone number and address so our delivery team can reach you.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of your order will always be honored.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (UAE)
• We aim for delivery within 24-48 hours across the UAE.
• While we strive for speed, delivery times are estimates. Feel Aura is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.
• Once the product is handed to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
3. ACCURACY OF PRODUCTS
• We make every effort to display the colors and details of our watches accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings.
• Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
• Your purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.
• For COD orders, refunds are typically processed via bank transfer or store credit, as original cash payments cannot be digitally reversed.
